FutureSight is a venture studio seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence - Technical Co-founder (CTO) to co-create and invest in B2B AI startups. The role involves leading the technical direction of a new B2B AI company from scratch, building hands-on, and contributing to fundraising.

Requirements

• Strong technical and product taste
• Ability to take messy product intent and turn it into clear structure, constraints, and specs
• Comfortable in customer conversations and understanding real workflows
• Prior experience as a technical co-founder or early engineering leader
• Fundraising experience is a strong plus
