Job Description
Join FutureSight as a Co-Founder and Chief Product & Technical Officer (CPTO) for an AI Compliance Platform. Drive technical direction, lead execution, and establish a strong engineering culture. This is a co-founder role with founder-level equity and authority.
Requirements
- Full-stack confidence across applied LLMs, RAG, retrieval, deterministic rules engines, human-in-the-loop workflows, observability, and secure multi-tenant SaaS (SOC 2, tenant isolation, encryption, audit logging)
- Well-formed convictions about explainability and reliability engineering
- Experience shipping LLM-powered systems into production environments where incorrect outputs carried real consequences
