Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to partner and coordinate biweekly, multi-state payroll with our payroll partner and perform a variety of payroll processing activities. The successful candidate will have a BA/BS in Accounting, Human Resources or a related field and 3-5 years of payroll processing experience with multi-state experience.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting, Human Resources or a related field
• 3-5 years of payroll processing experience with multi-state experience
• FPC Certification or above
• Knowledge of payroll taxes regulatory reporting requirements and applicable wage & hour laws
• Ability to prepare and analyze payroll related reconciliations and reports
