Technical Support Engineer - 1st Shift

Technical Support Engineer position at Futurex, seeking talented individuals with a passion for technology and business to join our team in Bulverde, Texas. This role involves providing technical support and guidance to Futurex's global customer base, testing and troubleshooting new and existing hardware, software, and firmware, and training customers on the Futurex product line and data security best practices.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in a related IT field
• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, or a technical and/or business related major
• Broad information technology background
• Strong communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to assist in several different departments of the company
