FWD Group is looking for a sales agent/solicitor to provide support to existing sales agents and contribute to the growth of our sales business. The successful candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Fluency in English and Japanese (both written and spoken)
