The company offers a 11-week summer programme designed to provide an exciting, fun and supportive learning experience. The programme is available at FWD Group Office Hong Kong from June 8 to August 21, 2026.

Requirements

• Preferably 3rd year or final year students
• Must be available for a full-time internship from June to August 2026
• Passion for digital initiatives and process enhancement through technology enablement
• Ability to work in an agile and fast-paced environment
• A high personal drive to achieve results, proactive, and good at execution of assigned tasks
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
• Fluency in both written and verbal communication
• Ability to quickly solve problems on your own or with a team
• Ability to articulate ideas/strategies clearly, both verbally and in writing
