Lead digital marketing strategy and performance for Hong Kong's Digital Commerce, driving acquisition, retention, and cross-sell through data-driven campaigns, content innovation, and journey orchestration.
Requirements
- Set the digital marketing vision and performance plan for Digital Commerce
- Maximize leads generated quantity and quality via targeted campaign, social media, search, etc.
- Develop content and social strategies that elevate FWD's digital brand, value propositions, and product GTM storytelling
- Improve continuously on UX/UI and acquisition and nurturing journey with Growth/Design
- Own the measurement framework (multi-touch attribution, CAC/LTV, ROAS); build dashboards and enforce test-and-learn roadmaps
- Plan and execute co-marketing with ecosystem partners
- Collaborate with local and group stakeholders, and Digital Selling team to orchestrate leads flow efficiently from end to end
- Ensure compliance and privacy standards (claims, disclosures, consent, data usage) across all marketing activities
- Build and mentor a high-performing team (Analytics, Products, Social/Content), fostering innovation and professional development aligned to the team's growth goals
