Job Description
The Head of Transformation provides enterprise-wide leadership across all technology-enabled and cross-functional transformation initiatives. The role ensures execution excellence, strategic alignment, prioritization, and financial stewardship across all transformation investments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in technology/operations governance, portfolio management, strategy execution, or financial planning roles.
- With deep understanding of IT and Operations cost structures, delivery lifecycles, and governance frameworks.
