Job Description
Support company HNW business, underwrite high sum assured cases, work with other departments, establish underwriting rules and guidelines, and coach and offer guidance to underwriters.
Requirements
- University graduate or above, with professional qualifications such as FLMI, ALU etc.
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience in underwriting and new business processing of Life and Health products, including HNW product, of which 5 years or more at management level
- Expertise in underwriting assessment and risk management, with sound knowledge in underwriting high sum assured cases
- Experience in product development
- Ability to make quality decisions, communicate effectively, and negotiate with reinsurers
