Job Description
FWD Group is seeking an IT Business Analysis Senior Specialist to help implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way. The ideal candidate will have experience in business system analysis, process flow modelling, and client process re-engineering.
Requirements
- B.S. in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field with computer applications
- Certifications such as CBAP, PSM, ITIL are an advantage
- More than 3 years of previous experience as Business or Systems Analyst
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Experience in automation tools such as Jira, Slack, Teams, Selenium, Appium, Junit
- Experience in cloud solutions is an advantage
- Hands-on experience in Life insurance system development and implementation is an advantage
