Job Description
The Senior Director, Head of PMO will lead and oversee all Project Managers in managing FWD strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with FWD's yearly business plans and executed efficiently. The role will involve monitoring and reporting the performance of projects & portfolios, enforcing FWD's project management framework, and integrating project initiatives with FWD strategic plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of relevant experience
- PMP, Agile Scrum/PSM certifications are welcome
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in managing projects and/or information technology business
- Experience with program/projects in multiple technologies, functions, and industries
- Excellent executive presence and experience creating/delivering executive presentations in MS PowerPoint
- Experience managing teams that are geographically distributed and culturally diverse
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Sound judgment and conflict resolution skills
