Area Sales Head - South Luzon

We are seeking an Area Sales Head - South Luzon to maintain and establish good relationships with bank partners, manage a team of financial solutions consultations, and enhance selling skills and talent development. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, 3-5 years of managerial sales experience in insurance or banking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

• A bachelor's degree graduate
• Minimum 3-to-5-year solid managerial sales experience in insurance or banking industry
• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, creative and keen to details
• Able to motivate, inspire and lead a team to deliver sales targets and achieve KPIs
• Relationship management at middle and senior levels
• Able to coach, train and develop both individuals and teams to improve their performance
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at middle to senior levels in an organization
• Excellent planning and execution of initiatives Strong problem solving and decision-making skill
