Area Sales Head (Pasay, Tagaytay or Cavite)

The Area Sales Head will be responsible for delivering team sales performance, acquiring new business, and retaining quality business in their assigned area. They will also implement strategic initiatives to build relationships with bank partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor's Degree graduate
• Minimum 3 to 5 year solid managerial sales experience in insurance or banking or other related industries
• Highly energetic, creative and keen in attention to details.
• Able to motivate, inspire and lead a team to deliver sales targets and achieve KPIs.
• Relationship management at middle and senior levels.
• Able to coach, train and develop both individuals and teams to improve their performance.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at middle to senior levels in an organization,
