- Experience with databases like MySQL, SQL Server and other data storage solutions
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Analyze current systems, gather requirements, and support the modernization of claims platforms to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and customer experience
- Conduct end-to-end assessments of the system lifecycle—from notification to payment
- Map stakeholder roles, regulatory controls, and technology touchpoints within each step
- Identify pain points and design future-state processes to enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction and operations efficiency
