Job Description
FWD Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Life Actuarial to deputize and support the Appointed Actuary (AA) in areas relating to valuation and reporting. The successful candidate will lead the EV and IFRS reporting teams, strengthen governance and controls, and inspire team members to adopt a change mindset.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Actuarial Science
- Qualified actuary with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical skills, especially in EV and / or IFRS 17
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Track record in leading high-performance teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
