Job Description
The Assistant Project Superintendent assists in maintaining the overall construction schedule and completion dates of the project, managing the project budget, supervising subcontractors and laborers, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
Requirements
- Assisting in maintaining the overall construction schedule and completion dates of the project
- Managing the overall project budget and provide value engineering opportunities throughout the project
- Directing and supervising all on-site subcontractors and laborers
- Verifying construction and installation processes for quality
- Ensuring city, county, and state construction codes and regulations are met
- Ensuring safety requirements are met and providing weekly safety meeting
- Scheduling and coordinating all deliveries
- Ensuring Earth Craft requirements are met and documentation is provided
