Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Maintenance Tech I to join our team. The ideal candidate is punctual, excited to learn, professional, and proactive, with basic residential maintenance experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Requirements
- Maintain exceptional curb appeal
- Complete and assist with daily resident work orders
- Be available for on call after hours
- Must have applicable maintenance tools
- Conduct unit turns in a timely manner
- Must be willing to assist neighboring properties in maintenance tasks
- Must be able to pick up supplies from area vendors as needed
- Reports to Property Manager, Regional Manager and Maintenance Superintendent
- Travel to and participate in both regional and corporate training and/or conferences
- Maintain positive and professional relationships with residents, vendors, and other staff members
