Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle talent acquisition
- Strong track record recruiting across at least two core functions: Commercial, Product Management, or Technology/Engineering/Data
- Deep knowledge of the US talent market
- Professional proficiency in Spanish
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Data-driven approach
