Strategy Consultant - Cross-Border Payments

We are looking for a Strategy Consultant - Cross-Border Payments to join FXC Intelligence, allowing us to expand our strategic advisory offering for enterprise clients, translating our data and insight into actionable market strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience
• Deep knowledge of cross-border payments and the wider fintech ecosystem
• Up-to-date on market trends, including new areas such as digital assets and stablecoins
• Hands-on project delivery: not just advising but leading, structuring and executing workstreams independently
• Proven strategy consulting experience at a top-tier firm (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Oliver Wyman, EY-Parthenon) or strategy or advisory function in a payments/fintech company
• Demonstrated ability to translate data and insight into actionable commercial strategies
• Exceptional client-facing skills, including strong presentation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders at major payment brands
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements
