Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally within the FX industry
- University degree or relevant working experience
- Fluent in English; verbally and written. Additional languages will be considered an advantage
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, customer-first mindset
- Ability to work a flexible shift schedule
