Treasury Operations Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented junior/middle specialist to support currency exposure management processes. This role involves working with internal financial data, monitoring multi-currency positions, and supporting operational hedging activities to manage exchange rate risk.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in finance, payments, accounting, analytics, or similar numerical roles
• Strong comfort working with numbers and calculations
• At least intermediate Excel skills (formulas, data organization, basic analysis)
• Basic understanding of exchange rates and currency conversion is a big plus
• Exposure to financial markets, payments, or fintech environments
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Responsible and reliable working style
• Ability to follow structured processes
• Fluent russian and working-level English
