Job Description
Join G Adventures as an Operations Coordinator and contribute to creating unforgettable travel experiences for customers. Assist the Director of Operations, work with suppliers and the Reservations team, and support the Regional Operations Manager to ensure accuracy of product and flow of operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in the travel industry
- Highly proficient in English both written and spoken
- Able to work on a Sunday to Thursday work schedule (5 days/week)
- Computer skills
- Familiarity with Regional Geography
- Excellent Customer Service and Listening Skills
- Problem Solving/Complaint Resolution
- Decision Making Skills
- Team Player, Flexible, Co-operative Approach
