Business Development Manager Growth (DACH)

We are a leading provider of software products and services for financial institutions in Switzerland. The Financial Technology division is a central growth driver for Netcetera and plays a critical role in our dynamic growth phase.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in business development, venture building, or solution-driven sales in the FS/Fintech field - with understanding of product and individual software business.
• Fluent German and English skills in word and writing as well as a completed study in business administration, business informatics, or a related field.
• Strong in communication and presentation; sovereign in cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, sales, and venture/strategy.
• Experience in building new product markets or innovation/digitalization programs in the FS field.
• Collaboration with consulting firms, venture building units, or innovation functions.
• Network in the banking, insurance, or relevant FS tech ecosystem in DE/AT/LIE/LUX
