Requirements
- 5-10 years in technical delivery, engagement, or program management roles with customer-facing responsibility
- Background in AI, robotics, digital platforms, or enterprise-scale deployments is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with senior customer stakeholders
- Demonstrated success in owning end-to-end delivery of large contracts or programs
- Understanding of modern technology stacks (AI/ML, robotics, digital twin platforms, real-time data systems) and ability to engage credibly with technical teams
- Skilled in project/program planning, scope control, milestone management, and delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall depending on context)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
