Technical Delivery Manager

Appian is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to join the Customer Success team. This role is responsible for managing and delivering innovative technology solutions for customers, driving growth through strategic partnerships and demonstrating impactful results. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, strategic problem-solving, and building strong customer relationships within a collaborative, in-person environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in an agile delivery environment with at least 5 years of experience leading a team
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics or related field/degree
• Willingness to travel up to 20%
