Technical Delivery Manager

Appian is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead and deliver innovative solutions for their customers. The role involves managing a portfolio of business, leading agile delivery teams, and driving strategic account growth. TDMs work closely with sales, partners, and other teams to ensure successful client outcomes and demonstrate the value of Appian's platform. They will also handle financial aspects of projects and collaborate to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Experience managing a book of business using financial management tools and metrics
• Experience leading agile delivery teams and managing enterprise scale technology programs
• Experience with value selling and building compelling business cases
• Understanding customer's strategic goals and positioning technology
• Experience with software consulting and data management (preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in an agile delivery environment with at least 5 years of experience leading a team
