Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Technical Services to manage mine planning and production data from mining operations, supporting corporate operations planning, management performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mining engineering, geology, or a related field
- More than 15 years of experience in the industry
- Demonstrated experience in a technical leadership role in the mining industry
- Solid experience in mining planning and analysis
- Experience in designing and using planning models and scenario systems
- Ability to organize and simplify mining planning information
- Practical knowledge of mining operations accounting
- Demonstrated skills in designing and improving work systems
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
