Press Operator/Die Setter

We are seeking a Press Operator/Die Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Press Operator or Tool Room Helper and a strong willingness to learn. The role involves setting up and changing dies for repairs and preventative maintenance, supporting the Tool Room team, and troubleshooting system functions.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Press Operator or Tool Room Helper
• Familiarity with hydraulic press machines, progressive dies, and robotic press lines
• Experience with performing die repairs and changeovers
• Forklift operation experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with press and robotic equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and protocols
• Strong organizational skills
