Tool & Die Maker

The Tool & Die Maker maintains daily maintenance, upkeep, and repair of all dies for a safe, clean, productive, and economical operation. The role involves repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of dies, as well as working with the production department on tooling issues.

Requirements

• High strength steel knowledge and background
• Experience working with large progressive, transfer, and deep draw dies
• Ability to interact with fellow team members in a professional manner
• Troubleshooting skills
• Mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Ability to meet deadlines and perform multiple duties
• Tool and die apprenticeship or journeyman status
• High School Diploma or GED
