Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years in a precision machining environment with hands-on experience in manual and CNC turning, milling, and drilling
• Familiarity with G&M Codes and insert tooling nomenclature
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Comfortable using hand tools and material handling devices
• Capability to sit or stand for extended periods and reach comfortably
