Associate Model-Based Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Associate Model-Based Systems Engineer to support requirements definition and implementation, MBSE standards definition and implementation, and physical and logical architecture modeling for the ICS. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 0-3 years of relevant experience.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of model-based systems engineering principles, systems architecture, and requirements management
• Experience supporting requirements definition, decomposition, traceability, and implementation in an engineering environment
• Ability to develop and maintain physical and logical architecture models for Integrated Combat Systems or similarly complex systems
• Familiarity with Cameo or similar MBSE tools for model development, organization, and analysis
• Exposure to Java and MBSE plugin development to support model usability, automation, or workflow improvement
• Ability to perform routine engineering design tasks using standard techniques and to assist senior engineers in the preparation of plans, designs, computational methods, and reports
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
