Associate Model-Based Systems Engineer (Software Concentration)

G2 Ops is seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented Associate MBSE Engineer with software engineering skills to support requirements definition and implementation, MBSE standards definition and implementation, and physical and logical architecture modeling for the ICS, with additional emphasis on software-enabled MBSE workflows, Java development, MBSE plugin development, and model-based tool integration.

Requirements

• Foundational knowledge of MBSE methods, systems architecture, and requirements management in support of complex defense systems
• Experience supporting requirements definition, implementation, and traceability within an MBSE environment
• Ability to develop and maintain physical and logical architecture models for Integrated Combat Systems or similarly complex systems
• Experience with Cameo for model creation, organization, analysis, and collaboration across systems and software stakeholders
• Working knowledge of Java and MBSE plugin development to improve tool functionality, model workflows, automation, or integration
• Ability to support the intersection of systems engineering and software engineering, including toolchain support and model-driven engineering tasks
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively across systems, software, and customer teams
