Management Analyst

Management Analyst position at G2 Ops in San Diego, CA, supporting the U.S. Navy's engineering domains in cost, schedule, and performance, requiring a strong understanding of data analytics, operations research, and financial/cost analysis.

Requirements

• Ability to collect, review, and analyze program information to inform Government decision-making
• Skill in assessing organizational processes, identifying problems, and developing effective solutions
• Experience applying analytical and mathematical models to evaluate program effectiveness
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting findings to senior-level clients and stakeholders
• Experience engaging with senior Military Executives, Flag Officers, and General Officers
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, risks, and mission impacts
• Experience with Navy SYSCOM structures, acquisition processes, and DoD/DON acquisition policies
• Ability to collaborate across engineering, cybersecurity, and acquisition teams while adapting to evolving requirements
