Job Description
We are seeking a Model-Based Systems Engineer (Mid - Senior Level) to join our digital engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on proficiency with MBSE tools, strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes, and experience working in DoD environments.
Requirements
- Hands-on proficiency with at least one MBSE tool such as Cameo Systems Modeler, MagicDraw, IBM Rhapsody, or similar enterprise-grade SysML modeling environments
- Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes and requirements management
- Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise executive-level summaries
- Experience working in DoD environments or complex system-of-systems programs
- Experience implementing or maturing MBSE practices within a DoD program office
- Familiarity with Navy C4I, platform integration, or mission-level capability analysis
- Scripting experience (Python, Ruby, etc.) to automate model queries or data integration
