Job Description
The Technical Delivery Manager at Inception will oversee the successful delivery of AI projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role requires a hands-on leadership role across architecture, planning, and agile execution to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of AI solutions aligned with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related technical field (Master’s preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in technical delivery, cloud engineering, or software development
- Proven track record leading end-to-end delivery of AI, cloud, or software platforms
- Strong understanding of Azure Cloud ecosystem, AI/ML pipelines, and DevOps practices
- Hands-on technical foundation — able to engage with engineers on architecture, code reviews, and system design
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Certifications in Azure, AI/ML, or DevOps are an advantage
