G4S Security Systems and Monitoring Services is seeking a SOC- Security Incidents Administrator to join the 24-hour Security Operations Center team in Metamorfosi, Attica. The role involves monitoring and managing security system signals, informing customers and colleagues about events, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Be organized, responsible, and consistent
• Have good communication skills and enjoy serving customers
• Be able to handle a computer
• Have previous experience in a Signal Receiving Center, 24-hour call center, or customer service (desired)
• Have a security personnel work permit or be willing to obtain one
