GA Telesis is seeking a 2nd Shift Quality Control Inspector to maintain high-quality standards while complying with company processes. The ideal candidate should be quality-oriented and attention to detail, self-motivated, reliable, and able to multi-task.
Requirements
- Perform detailed visual, dimensional, and non-destructive inspections of landing gear components and assemblies
- Inspect incoming, in-process, and final products to ensure compliance with OEM manuals, work instructions, and regulatory standards
- Verify documentation including repair orders, service bulletins, airworthiness directives, and traceability paperwork
- Conduct audits and quality checks throughout the repair process
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes
- Maintain calibration status of measuring tools and test equipment
- Support internal and external audits, including FAA and customer inspections
- Adhere to safety protocols, quality procedures, and company policies
