The ideal candidate will have experience managing schedules, volunteers, events, activities, groups, or programming in a busy environment, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships and foster a sense of community among diverse groups of people
Recovery Specialist-Per Diem
Prior experience in residential treatment, peer recovery coaching, or behavioral health settings; strong communication and compassion skills
Fleet Mechanic
High school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of experience in motor vehicle maintenance and repair, and basic computer proficiency
Senior Counselor
Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience in substance use disorder counseling, clinical licensure/certification
Recovery Specialist-Third Shift
Prior experience in residential treatment, strong communication and compassion, commitment to recovery
Recovery Specialist-3rd Shift
Experience in recovery support, strong communication skills, and lived experience in recovery required
Recovery Coach
Lived experience, strong listening skills, and ability to manage documentation and schedule independently
Recovery Specialist-Second Shift
1+ year of experience in recovery support, strong communication skills, and a commitment to recovery
Recovery Specialist-Part-Time First Shift
Experience in residential treatment or behavioral health, valid driver's license, and background clearance required
