Job Description
As the Volunteer Coordinator at Ripple Effect – Leominster PRSC, you will help build engagement, leadership, and community within the center by recruiting, supporting, training, scheduling, and developing volunteers and peer leaders from the PRSC member community.
Requirements
- Recruit, welcome, train, schedule, supervise, and retain Ripple Effect PRSC volunteers and peer leaders from the member community.
- Provide one-on-one recovery coaching services to members as needed.
- Help members connect with center activities, community resources, volunteer opportunities, and other supports that align with their needs and goals.
