Job Description
We're seeking a Leasing Manager to develop sales strategies, lead the sales team, and provide signature service to residents and associates. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert with 1-2 years of experience in residential property management sales, passionate about providing sales leadership and exceeding budgeted occupancy expectations.
Requirements
- 1-2 years previous experience in residential property management sales
- Able to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent communicator who can handle stressful, urgent, and diverse work situations
