We're looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team at Gables. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, experience supervising a team, and a background in property maintenance. The role involves overseeing service operations, preparing and implementing preventative maintenance programs, and collaborating with the General Manager to meet deadlines.
