Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field with a specialization in Human Resources
• Graduated within the last 4 years
• 0–4 years of related professional experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Understanding of core HR disciplines including: Talent acquisition, Employee relations, Performance management, Employee engagement, Learning & development
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
