3–5+ years of hands-on fiber splicing experience, strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills
OSP Fiber Splicer
High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience in fiber optic splicing and network maintenance, splicing certified
Field Supervisor (Telecom)
3-5 years of experience supervising OSP or telecom construction projects, high school diploma or GED, OSHA 30 Certification, and valid driver's license required
OSP Construction Manager
High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred or three years of relevant work experience
Driver/Laborer (Non-CDL)
Physical strength, basic safety knowledge, and team work skills. Must be adaptable and willing to travel
OSP Construction Manager
HS diploma/GED required. 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred. PMP cert is a plus but not required
OSP Bilingual Construction Laborer
Physical strength, safety adherence knowledge, ability to follow instructions and work on team
Driver/Laborer (Non-CDL)
Physical strength & stamina required, basic safety knowledge, and adaptability. Willingness to work weekends/holidays
