3 years of experience in construction management as a Supervisor, OSHA 30 certification, and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
Diesel Mechanic
High School Diploma or GED required, previous experience as a diesel mechanic, heavy equipment mechanic, or related mechanical role preferred
Vice President of Finance
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting and 8+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience

Director of Finance
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, 8-10 years of finance experience, and prior senior finance leadership experience
Driver/Laborer (Non-CDL)
Physical strength, basic safety knowledge, and team work skills. Must be adaptable and willing to travel
OSP Construction Manager
HS diploma/GED required. 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred. PMP cert is a plus but not required
OSP Bilingual Construction Laborer
Physical strength, safety adherence knowledge, ability to follow instructions and work on team
Driver/Laborer (Non-CDL)
Physical strength & stamina required, basic safety knowledge, and adaptability. Willingness to work weekends/holidays
IT Support Specialist
High school diploma or equivalent, experience in IT support or related roles, and strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and customer service skills required
