Job Description
GAC Enterprises is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion, including team leadership, budget management, scheduling, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations and construction codes. This salaried role involves project management and oversight, with work times determined by project needs. The company emphasizes stability and a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree preferred or three years of relevant work experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- CDL Class A or Class B
- DOT Med card (Required)
- OSHA10 & 30 Certifications (Preferred)
- Excellent computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Field Wire)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
