Job Description
Develop new customers, prepare quotations, and handle customer complaints. Conduct market research and create solutions for customer requirements. Partake in customer relationship management activities to improve business relationships.
Requirements
- Higher Level Education (Bachelor qualification or Certificate)
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Freight Forwarding | Supply Chain Management Knowledge
- Prior experience in a Commercial & Business development of similar industry
- Proficient knowledge of computers especially in MS Office & Outlook
