Job Description
GAF is seeking a Process Engineer II to optimize operations, develop processes, and ensure quality, cost, and efficiency plans are met. The role involves leading process design reviews, performing PPA/FMEA, training production personnel, and coordinating plant trials. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Lead process design reviews
- Perform PPA/FMEA
- Train production personnel
- Coordinate plant trials
- Standardize manufacturing JSA's, SOPs, and work instructions
- Analyze manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems
- Conduct and/or lead breakdown analysis investigations
- Work closely with production operators
