Job Description
GAI Consultants seeks an Assistant Director of Engineering for our Pittsburgh, PA offices. The successful candidate will play an integral role in growing the business and will have the opportunity for future growth with success.
Requirements
- Lead and develop a team of project managers, engineers, and technicians
- Identify project pursuits, market clients, and manage pursuits
- Actively win new work from both new and existing clients
- Collaborate with other GAI services
- Directly manage projects on time and within the project budget
- Monitor and manage the financial aspects of all projects within the group
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow client base and increase revenue
