Power Generation Senior EIT 2

GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior EIT 2 to work on primarily renewable energy projects and other regional projects. The position offers a flexible hybrid or remote work schedule and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements

• Work on energy-related projects with a focus on renewables
• Lead civil site engineering tasks
• Interface with clients on civil site tasks
• Lead assigned project teams
• Lead development of civil site proposals
• Task management on assigned projects (schedules, budgets, and quality of work)
• Travel overnight to Project sites domestically, as needed, with a focus on the mid-Atlantic regions of the United States
• Perform moderate design tasks
• Prepare portions of plans, specifications, and other project documents
• Perform research and field investigation
• Work as a part of a team and coordinates work with others
• Assist in determining schedule and budget requirements
• Possess effective oral and written communication skills
• Interact with other staff
• Interact with clients with close oversight
• Interact closely with Project Managers & various Department Managerial Staff, especially with client communications
