Job Description
Gain is seeking a M&A Reporter (Europe) to build a proprietary, real-time dataset on European M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of M&A, private equity, or private credit markets, experience sourcing market intelligence, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of M&A, private equity, or private credit markets
- Experience sourcing market intelligence
- Skilled at cultivating senior-level sources and handling off-record, background-only conversations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
