Maintenance Technician - Creekside at Pear Ridge Apartments

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the community remains a high-quality living environment for residents. You will deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services, ensure the property maintains strong curb appeal, and work collaboratively with the maintenance and office teams to streamline operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of maintenance and make-ready experience in multifamily housing
• A valid driver's license (required)
• HVAC certification OR EPA certification
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to repairs
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality work
• The ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with residents, onsite staff, and management
• A positive and customer-service-oriented attitude
• Ability to work a Tuesday - Saturday schedule
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
